Crowdship’s EDI/X12 integration allows retailers and suppliers to exchange standardized electronic documents with enterprise trading partners. Retailers can export products from Crowdship, import orders via EDI 850 (Purchase Order), and export purchase orders back to suppliers. Suppliers can import products and product updates, export orders for fulfillment, and import fulfillment confirmations using EDI 856 (Advance Ship Notice) or EDI 846 (Inventory Update). By supporting widely adopted X12 transaction sets, Crowdship ensures accurate, automated data exchange for product catalogs, purchase orders, and shipment details, eliminating manual entry and enabling scalable dropship partnerships.
